I declare that I am aware of the confidential nature of my activities at Daimler Truck. I undertake not to make any information (technical, financial, commercial, personal or any other kind of information) that I may become aware of (technical, financial, commercial, personal or any other kind of information) available to third parties and to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of such information during my cooperation with Daimler Truck, and in particular with regard to the information provided to me. - Not to enter or use any system for recording, taking images or reproducing documents within the Company, unless I have the corresponding written authorisation from Security.
- To access only those areas for which I have been authorised.

I declare that I understand the meaning of the commitment of secrecy and confidentiality that I am undertaking, of its indefinite nature, as well as of my obligations, being aware of the serious damage that could be caused to your Company and/or your clients by the non-compliance with this document. Any exception to the obligations set out in this document will require the prior written consent of the Company.
Information on the processing of your personal data

Purposes: to process your request and the corresponding accreditation, as well as to monitor the security of persons and Daimler Truck's facilities.
Legitimation: Legitimate interest of Daimler Truck and compliance with legal obligations.
Recipients: where legally required, as well as to Daimler Truck's data processors and where necessary to process the requested accreditation.
Rights: Access, rectification and deletion of data, as well as other rights, as explained in the additional information. Further detailed information on data protection can be found in the data protection policy.
NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Visiting passes
We inform you that the personal data you provide will be incorporated into a file owned by Daimler Truck, whose data protection officer can be contacted via the following e-mail address lopd.evobus@daimler.com. The purpose of the processing is (i) to process your request and process the corresponding accreditation, (ii) if applicable, to send you your access credentials to the aforementioned network by e-mail and (iii) to monitor the security of the people and facilities of Daimler Truck. The legal basis for the processing is (i) the safeguarding of Daimler Truck's legitimate interests, the processing being proportionate in the absence of other, less damaging means of achieving this objective, and (ii) compliance with the legal obligations applicable to it (such as those arising from the reporting of offences in accordance with Organic Law 10/1995 of 23 November 1995 on the Criminal Code). Only those third parties to whom Daimler Truck is legally obliged to provide personal data (such as the State Security Forces and Corps), as well as those necessary to carry out the management of the accreditation requested, including security companies, will have access to the personal data. In any case, the processing of your personal data will take place within the European Union and will not be subject to automated decisions. Daimler Truck will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of its legal obligations and will delete it within thirty days. In the event that you provide us with the personal data of third parties, you must inform them, prior to their inclusion, of the points contained in this clause, and you will be personally liable to Daimler Truck for any damages that may arise in the event of a breach of this clause. You may at any time, under the terms established by current legislation, exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion of data, as well as request that the processing of your personal data be limited, oppose the processing, request the portability of your data, or revoke the consent given, by writing to the e-mail address , clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing your National Identity Document or similar identifying document that proves your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
